Our teams are available Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm, Saturday between 9am to 5pm and Sunday between 10am to 4pm on a rotation. In these roles you’ll work shifts across these days which we’ll share more about during your application. However, with our mixed model way of working you’ll have great work life balance.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Promote a customer centric approach and efficiently provide exceptional service in all communication inbound/ outbound, telephone / email/ webchat
- Process orders accurately and within an agreed turn-around time
- Investigate your queries, raising with relevant parties, and escalating where needed
- Participate in initiatives that help improve our customer service, processes and procedures
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- technical support for Home Improvements preferred
