The Role

Implementing a new HR and Health & Safety platform across the Head office and Depots

Liaising, coaching and motivating the wider team to meet the business objectives of this project
Ensuring that the project is planned and executed in a methodical way Continually developing the team performance and engagement. Digitizing all employee records and training records Ensuring all employee contact by phone or written means are dealt with courteously and professionally with the aim of expediting the project to a high standard

Actively promoting and managing the process of continuous improvement across the new platform and employee and management engagement with it
Developing and implementing changes where necessary to enhance Health & Safety and HR functions across the whole business
Increasing employee satisfaction and routinely monitoring feedback

Creating and then driving compliance of company processes, through audits, training, reporting and support.

Maintain high standards across the business in terms of delivery, culture, teamwork and training.

You:
Have proven experience of project management and systems implementation in an HR function. You are hands on and patient in the change process, understanding that some managers and Employees will require more hand-holding than others

You are naturally organised and understand the need for critical thinking and multi-tasking, across a multi-site business.

Have the ability to prioritise, keep accurate records, and maintain focus across moving parts.

IT literate and experienced in using data to drive change and create improvements.
